Details:
- Summer 2022 | May 23rd – August 12th
- $20/hour
- 30 hours/week
- Locations: Greater Bloomington, Notre Dame, West Lafayette, Terre Haute, and Indianapolis areas
Responsibilities:
- Drive visibility and availability of the product by placing POS and passing on sales opportunities and new areas of distribution; merchandise shelves with strategic shelf placement
- Create and carry out a marketing plan for the summer, to include attendance to events and on-premise accounts
- Become a credible brand and product expert: know the product ingredients and brand information
- Visit local accounts to check stock and point of sale displays
- Educate new customers on current and new products
- Support in-store and on-premise tastings
- Submit activity through pictures and updates to the communications team
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations
- Consistently a professional demeanor and always courteous to consumers, campus and account contacts and all authorities
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Must be at least 21-years-old
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Functional knowledge of social networking
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must provide own transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug test
