Part-Time Parking Dispatcher

Shepard Road Parking is seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher.

This is a Part-Time position and does require a flexible schedule. The hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12am-8am with potential additional shifts to pick up. Our Dispatcher's earn $17.00 hourly

Job Duties:

• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person.
• Experience with NetPark or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred)
• Complete daily business reconciliation to insure accuracy of bank deposits.
• Complete other job duties as assigned.
• Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
