Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and program development, with a proven ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to ensure all stakeholder needs are addressed.
• Manage changes to the project scope through effective change management practices.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to owners.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of program management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cost control techniques to manage budgets efficiently.
• Experience in change management practices that support successful project transitions.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering to ensure comprehensive understanding of owner needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $83,786.00 per year
