Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct workflow and performance of employees
- Monitor employees productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency
- Motivate and train employees
- Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules
- Maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel
- Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards
- Other duties as assigned
- High School degree or equivalent (college a plus)
- 3 -5 years of supervisory experience
- Must be able to work assigned hours, Sunday-Thursday at 5:00pm - until
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner
- Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking
