Our Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities to ensure that orders are properly filled for customer's accounts, all items ordered are received and overseeing the Fleet Department.
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 12 : 30pm-10 : 30am
Salary Range : $65k-70k / year
Job Description :
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Direct the activities of all employees in their respective areas including day warehouse, night warehouse and fleet ensuring the highest level of productivity, damage reduction and error elimination.
- Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization.
- Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise.
- Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records.
- Track and send reports, including warehouse activities.
- Inventory management.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and safety enforcement.
- Perform assigned projects as instructed.
