The ideal candidate will lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tactics.

The successful candidate will possess:
- A 4-year undergraduate degree.
- High-level communication and follow-through skills.
- Salesforce and Pardot experience is a plus.

- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth.
- 3-5 years' experience with Excel, Google, and Meta Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
- Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
- Experience in the Financial Services area is a plus.
