Summary:
The Support Services Liaison is responsible for managing patient support services activities including but not limited to: Epic, patient transport, and equipment/furniture team (if required by hospital locations). The Liaison will receive and dispatch requests for service; serve as support to the nursing supervisor during evening and night shift, and support to transport as needed. The Liaison is responsible for maintaining accurate records and call logs to track data and able to provide reports from data on a regular basis. This individual may assist with monitoring the camera system; door control system; hugs infant control; pneumatic tube system, and lost and found.
Requirements:
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be customer focused, detail oriented, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
