Certification Details AHA BLS State License 1 Verification Job Details Pharmacy position available in Johnson City, part of the Cardiovascular Medicine hospital system. Seeking a pharmacist to work a 7 on 7 off schedule. Job Requirements TN Pharmacist license AHA BLS Hospital experience or PGY1 hospital residency Nightshift pharmacists also assist to cover Niswonger Children's Hospital (same campus). Preferred : Epic training Schedule Information General orientation will begin on Mondays with online CBLs. Hospital can cancel / call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36 / 36 or 36 / 48 schedule if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts as overtime will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease / decreased resource need without penalty. Additional Details Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or >
