Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient office operations, and helping with a variety of tasks to keep the business running smoothly. If you are an adaptable professional with strong organizational skills, we want you to be part of our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Management: Maintain and update company files and records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the executives.
- Additional Duties: Provide general office support and take on any other tasks that contribute to the company’s success.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
