We're growing fast and looking to add a passionate Sales Manager to our group who’s ready to lead our sales efforts and support our amazing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Sales Manager, you’ll play the key role in leading our sales team, making sure everything runs smoothly, and ensuring we deliver top notch service to our customers. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Team Leadership: Hold weekly meetings with sales reps to review progress, set goals, and offer coaching to keep everyone on track and motivated.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Work with our office team to schedule installations and ensure everything’s lined up and ready for the team.
- Install Packets: Put together installation packets with all the details the team needs to ensure every job runs smoothly.
- Estimate Review: Go over estimates to make sure they’re accurate and align with the scope of the project.
- Follow-up: Review and guide sales reps’ follow-up procedures to make sure clients needs are being met every step of the way.
- Order Placement: Place orders for materials and supplies as requested by the crew manager, to ensure everything is ready when it’s needed.
- Job Costing: Monitor and manage job costing to ensure profitability and budget adherence on all projects.
- Payment Posting: Oversee the payment process—posting payments and sending out ACH links to clients.
- Expos/Home Shows: On occasion, you’ll prepare for and attend expos, home shows, and other events to spread the word about RetroFoam and bring in new business.
- Sales Strategy: Help create and execute strategies to hit sales goals, track performance, and keep things moving in the right direction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in the home services or construction field.
- A strong leader who’s great at coaching and motivating others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to track performance and spot opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with spray foam insulation would be a bonus but not required.
- A problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for success.
- A multitasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.
