Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Window Installer to join our dynamic team at Magnificent Windows and Stucco. This is a full-time position with a balance of office and fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window installation, a deep understanding of window products (including brands like Milgard, Anlin, Simonton, and Anderson), and the ability to assess and address damage. Above all, we are seeking someone who understands the value of building strong customer relationships and delivering top-tier service every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install windows with precision, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and proper installation methods.
- Evaluate and assess window-related damage, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Stay informed about industry-leading window products, ensuring recommendations align with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term trust.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the office and on job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and manage tools and materials responsibly.
- Participate in project management and assist with planning as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the window installation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of window products and brands (e.g., Milgard, Anlin, Anderson).
- Ability to assess window damage and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
