What You'll Do :
- 32-hour-a-week position.
- Recruiting : Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Retention : Assist in designing and implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Onboarding : Assist with the orientation process to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success.
