Position: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Johnson County Hospital- Tecumseh, Nebraska
Reports to: Human Resource Director and CEO

What You'll Do:
- 32-hour-a-week position.
- Recruiting: Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Retention: Assist in designing and implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Onboarding: Assist with the orientation process to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prefer a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prefer Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in healthcare or rural settings.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
