We are seeking a highly qualified Speech Therapist to join our team at Johnson County Schools, TN.
About the Job
Average Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
This is a full-time position beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement speech/language programs that address individualized goals for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide comprehensive therapy services, including voice, language, articulation, and fluency therapies, as well as conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct case management and record maintenance.
- Serve as a resource for school personnel, parents, administration, and related services personnel, promoting open and frequent communication and collaboration.
We prefer candidates holding a Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), but will consider those with a Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY).
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess comprehensive knowledge of growth and development in students with speech and language impairments.
