What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise and monitor outsourced SOC Level 1 (L1) vendor KPIs and SLAs.
- Perform Level 2 threat hunting and remediation of security incidents reported by L1.
- Manage vulnerability and patch management for the organization globally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimal 3-5 years of relevant working experience in information security.
- Strong knowledge of security tools such as Zscaler, Sophos, MDE, Proofpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Qualys, or TrendMicro.
- Experience in SOC (Security Operations Center) and TVM (Threat and vulnerability management).
- Experience in managing or upgrading patches.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Linux shell script.
- Auditing and experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 27001:2013 standard.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or GIAC.
