What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sending out delivery reminders and open purchase order reports.
- Expediting material.
- Managing min/max levels.
- Preparing daily/weekly reports, such as sales order value reports and ship log reports.
- Assisting (backup) in reviewing and closing work orders and discrete jobs.
- Assisting (backup) in opening work orders and discrete jobs.
- Identifying and setting up material markets.
- Tracking and monitoring build schedules and priority lists.
- Assisting with placing and following up on purchase order changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills and knowledge of production practices.
- Initiative and ability to maintain productivity without close supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (pivot table and VLOOKUP experience preferred).
- Qualification to work on ITAR products (US Citizens or Permanent Residents).
- Ability to lift at least 45 pounds.
