- Coordinating with global design engineering resources to ensure project milestones are met and customer needs are addressed.
- Identifying unmet customer needs and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Developing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely resolution.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations for product improvements.
- Supporting the engineering manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in design engineering, application engineering, project management, business development, or product management.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and project coordination.
- Experience in the warehouse automation industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with international project management and coordination.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and practices.
