- Responsible for all banking activity, which includes the initiating of wire payments, EFT payments, check uploads, weekly/monthly bank reconciliation, weekly cash forecasts and use of banking software for SBAA.
- Responsible for Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Responsible for Week/Month End Intercompany Accounts Receivable Reconciliations
- Responsible for Sorting Chargeback Reconciliation
- Maintain the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules
- Assists ATP Accounting Manager with weekly Financial Statement Review to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and recommend any necessary adjustments
- Prepare and post monthly P-Card for SBAA
- Responsible for Work Order reclassification journal entry each month
- Initiate monthly accruals and prepaid transactions
- Compliance Reporting including but not limited to Sales and Use Tax Reports, Governmental Census Reports
- Responsible for all Treasury Management and Cash Forecasting
- Assist ATP Accounting Manager with end of month reporting into Consolidation Application
- Assists ATP Accounting Manager with opening/closing GL ledgers and accounts
- Responsible for freight accrual entries and process
- Help maintain SOP compliance
- Supports continuous improvement and digitalization projects
- Assist in ERP conversion to Oracle
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. Master’s preferred.
- 2 Years of General Accounting work experience
- Strong Excel Skills
- Use of Mapics/Oracle preferred and Oracle a plus
- Experience with Movex, Mapics, Oracle, or Cognos.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
