Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Smooth Patient Flow: Coordinate the daily activities of the front office and assistant teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Manage Claims and Payments: Process dental claims and manage Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments in a timely manner.
- Develop and Implement Processes: Assess current bottlenecks in the patient journey and develop actionable improvement plans with process completion.
- Lead the Team: Supervise and develop a team of non-clinical (front desk) and clinical (assistants) teammates.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Healthcare operations experience and supervisory experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and knowledge of dental practice and procedures.
