We are searching for a Full-Time Optician with the potential to become our Optical Lead. The right candidate must have excellent, friendly customer service skills, be able to work in harmony in a team environment, efficiently at a fast pace, be able to multi-task, pay great attention to detail and stand for several hours at a time. Do you like to make people look and feel their best? This position will assist patients with optical sales, fitting, dispensing, repairs and meeting with vendors to buy new frames. You may also perform some reception duties and pre-exam paperwork as needed. Light cleaning and maintenance may be required on occasion. There may also be training opportunities to work in our optical lab and/or tech/scribe patients for pre-testing. Prior medical office or optical experience a plus but not required.
Hours M-TH 8:00-5:00, F 8:00-2:00. No weekends, evenings or holidays.
