We are searching for an Experienced Full-Time Optician/Optical Technician/Scribe. The right candidate must have excellent, friendly customer service skills, be able to work in harmony in a team environment, efficiently at a fast pace, be able to multi-task, pay great attention to detail and stand for several hours at a time. This position is responsible for optical sales and repairs along with, conduct pre-testing on patients prior to their doctor visit, the successful candidate will also cross train to scribe all notes into our EHR system, with extreme accuracy. You will also assist patients with some reception duties and pre-exam paperwork. Light cleaning and maintenance on occasion.
Prior Optician/Optometric Tech experience preferred .
Hours M-TH 8:00-5:00. Fridays 8:00-2:00. No weekends, evenings or holidays.
