This position is designed to prepare individuals with minimal or no Mortgage lending experience to transition to the fully commissioned Mortgage Loan Officer position within 12 months. Position will work closely with senior level Loan Officers and other staff to gain a sound understanding of the Mortgage business.

Position will work closely with senior level Loan Officers and other staff to gain a sound understanding of the Mortgage business.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned learning activities within JFG as well as from outside sources.
- Support assigned Mortgage Loan Officers with all activities from loan application to closing as well as executing their business plan and pipeline management.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of Community Lending and Fair Lending goals and metrics.
- Learn all Mortgage related loan products and features.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven sales aptitude.
- Must gain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain positive effective relationships with others.
- Quick learner able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and business development experience.
