The Wealth Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading high performing sales teams to meet or exceed revenue goals for Wealth Management. This position will assist in the business development initiatives for JFG through client and prospect presentations and public speaking engagements across multiple regions.

The Wealth Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading high performing sales teams to meet or exceed revenue goals for Wealth Management. This position will assist in the business development initiatives for JFG through client and prospect presentations and public speaking engagements across multiple regions.
- Ongoing development and execution of a strategic business plan to achieve new business development, client referral and retention objectives for multiple sales teams within assigned regions.
- This is a Senior Leadership “player/coach” role across multiple regions, accountable for significant team revenue growth.
- Responsible for managing Wealth Advisors specializing in Investments, Fiduciary and RPS sales across multiple regions.
- Develops and manages workflows and procedures which promote efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Develops training strategies and identifies resources for implementation.
- Project management contributor by acting as lead or senior participant in the implementation key strategic sales initiatives.
- Champion consistent delivery of Wealth standards, oversee work flow and processes to ensure standards and controls are in place for effective and profitable operation of the business line.
- Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements and exercising sound judgment.
- Develops management and compliance reports used to support business decisions and assist in internal/external audits and exams. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other JFG business partners to enhance the client's total banking relationship resulting in measurable market share growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years experience working with affluent clientele. A combination of appropriate education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, networking, negotiating, business acumen and execution.
- Knowledge of investment management and financial planning.
- Industry specific professional certifications highly desired; CFP, CTFA, ChFC, CFA.
- Knowledge of Estate Planning & Trust, Lending/Banking, Qualified Plans, and Business Succession desired.
- Understanding and strong working knowledge of MS Office products; ability to effectively utilize Bank and Wealth Operating Systems.
