JFLG, a growing boutique business and real estate law firm in DFW, is seeking a skilled real estate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on challenging and rewarding work while growing their career in a collaborative and supportive environment. In this role, you will handle a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and lease transactions.
Position : Real Estate Transactional Associate
Type : Full-time, in-person (Addison)
Experience : 3 years of commercial real estate transactions
Compensation : Compensation will be based on level of experience, with competitive bonus structure based on productivity and originations
Benefits : Health insurance and IRA matching
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing with minimal supervision.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and financing documents.
- Reviewing title commitments and preparing title objection letters on behalf of purchasers and responding to title objections on behalf of sellers.
- Collaborating with partners and other team members on large-scale transactions.
- Taking on overflow work from the firm, handling transactions for firm clients as needed.
- Actively participating in business development activities to grow your practice.
