Rental Counter/inside sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Counter Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers coming in for rental equipment. We are looking for someone with at least 2-years of experience renting everything from small tools like tile saws and drills to large excavators and man lifts.

Pay based on experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
• Handle rental and inside sales transactions
• work with both home-owners and contractors
• Help the customers figure out which machine they need to get their job done
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer calls
• assist with inside sales as well

Requirements

• Proven experience in rental equipment and a customer service role is a must
• Point-of-sale and computer skills
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
