Description : Position Overview :
Under the direction of the Director of Field Service, the Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for and drive the performance of the FSA team dedicated to serving our company's Field Service Technicians and Independent Service Providers (ISPs) in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities of the Coordinator will include all elements of daily team operations and performance, including managing team schedules and workloads, coaching, advising leadership on process efficacy and improvements, in alignment with delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the service coordinator lvl II to ensure adequate service levels are met and service documentation is current.
- Provide service coordinator lvl III and Sr Sales Mgr weekly service / defect reports
- Manage parts inventory
- Manage parts ordering
- Take all inbound customer service calls (estimated to be about 15-20% of workload)
- Assist field technicians in troubleshooting
- Create service SOPs
- Manage open box inventory and refurbishment process
- Maintain parts lists and technical drawings
- Seek, promote, generate, and communicate potential sales leads to outside sales staff
- Assist in scheduling, organizing, and attending tradeshows
- Assist in maintaining showroom
- Conduct service training
