About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our customer service team. You’ll help create accurate insurance quotes, process renewals, and support clients while keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Your eye for detail, ability to multitask, and customer-focused mindset will make you a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client data in agency systems
- Process insurance quotes with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare documentation and manage billing arrangements
- Assist with client outreach via phone, text, and email
- Ensure policy changes and customer requests are handled smoothly
