🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Meet with homeowners (leads are provided!) to understand their comfort needs and offer the right HVAC solutions.
Build trust and rapport—creating raving fans with every interaction.
Deliver clear, honest, and professional proposals for new equipment.
Collaborate with our install team to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience.
Stay educated on the latest products, promotions, and HVAC trends.
Be a proud ambassador of our company’s mission and reputation in the community.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, outgoing personality that people naturally trust.
Strong communication and presentation skills—you’re confident and genuine.
A self-starter who’s goal-driven and thrives in a team environment.
Basic computer skills and comfort using tools like Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan is a plus).
HVAC knowledge or industry experience is a huge plus—but if you’re a rockstar in outside sales and ready to learn, we’ll train you.
A clean driving record and background check (we’ll provide the company vehicle).
