Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Pricing Director - Neurosciences to lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for our expanding Neurosciences portfolio. This role is critical following our recent acquisition of Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc.
You will evaluate initiatives aimed at improving access and maximizing revenue for innovative, groundbreaking products for schizophrenia and bipolar depression, particularly in markets outside the United States. Additionally, you will develop strategic pricing strategies and lead pricing governance for promising, key early-stage pipeline assets. You will also support pricing strategies for a clinical-stage pipeline that aligns with Johnson & Johnson’s current focus areas.

Additional Description For Pay Transparency
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Key Responsibilities Overview
- Develop Global Pricing Strategies: Lead the formulation, execution of pricing policies and Global Pricing governance activities for assigned products
- Market Collaboration: Work alongside regional teams to identify pricing requirements and ensure local payer perspectives are integrated into clinical and commercial strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct pricing/payer research studies to inform strategic pricing decisions and monitor competitor activity.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams to optimize filing and launch plans.
- Policy Monitoring: Stay abreast of global pricing policy changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and / or Pharm.D. is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical pricing policies or market access, preferably within a global context.
- Payer Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the payer landscape and experience in negotiation strategies.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory bodies in Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific preferred.
- Neurosciences Expertise: Previous experience in the Neurosciences field is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong strategic, analytical, networking, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
