Serves as a resource on medical science issues and creates educational materials for staff, stakeholders, and community members. Disseminates scientific information on medical developments and shares medical insights on marketed products and services. Provides updates on emerging scientific and medical trends to keep up-to-date with emerging trends. Evaluates policies and regulatory trends on medical research and assesses impact on Medical Science Liaison activities. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to 235,750 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
