Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scientist in CAR Screening and Lead Selection at our Spring House, PA location. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for designing and executing experiments to screen and validate CAR constructs, analyzing data, and optimizing protocols. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and contributing to the development of therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and executing cell-based assays, and molecular biology assays
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, high-throughput screening techniques, and data analysis
- Strong background in CAR-T or immuno-oncology research
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Ph.D. in Biology, Immunology, or a related field
- Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
