What we’re seeking:
Our firm is looking for a senior litigator with at least 10 years of extensive commercial litigation experience. While entertainment experience is preferred, it is not required as we would like to find someone who has the skills, competency, and experience to jump on any case that comes through the door and to litigate and manage the case with our junior associates from A to Z. This role thus is best suited for a litigator that has extensive experience handling every facet of commercial litigation, is a self-starter, confident in their litigation skills and abilities, has demonstrated case and people management skills, and is growth-minded with desire to work alongside the firm’s partners to continue to build a robust and collaborative law practice.

Entertainment litigation boutique representing artists and talent in the industry. We handle a wide range of exciting and interesting matters, including copyright and licensing disputes, profit participation, right of publicity, defamation, First Amendment, entertainment class actions, and general business/contract disputes.
Key Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial/business litigation experience; experience in entertainment litigation is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial litigation, including supervising junior attorneys and support staff.
- Extensive experience with civil motion practice, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, oral arguments/hearings, mediation/settlement, arbitrations/trials.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- A track record of demonstrating initiative, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
