Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the commercial execution of our Spine Biomaterials business' global strategy. This individual will develop and implement effective commercial strategies for the biomaterials portfolio, collaborating with key stakeholders and driving overall commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commercial strategies for the biomaterials portfolio
- Lead and develop the Spine Biomaterials Downstream Global Growth Marketing team
- Partner with upstream marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, professional education, regional partners, and others to develop and lead commercial strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Worldwide KOL's, Sales, Marketing, and Regional leadership
- Develop and execute a surgeon and FSO engagement strategy through partnerships with society, study groups, research, and professional education organizations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years total progressive business experience in Marketing, R&D, Medical Device Sales
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience or medical device experience preferred
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to effectively partner with regional and global business partners
- Ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop a team of marketers
