Senior Manager, Recoverability Solution

The Senior Manager, Recoverability Solution will lead the development and implementation of robust recovery solutions for our cloud infrastructure. This includes designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining cyber resiliency and disaster recovery playbooks
- Driving self-service and automation for backup and recovery capability to support application teams
- Defining recoverability roadmaps to align with hosting strategies
- Collaborating with Infrastructure as a Service, Cloud Native Hosting, and Kubernetes Hosting services owners
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 4 years of people management experience
- Deep understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions in AWS, Azure, and on premises running enterprise applications such as SAP
