Key Responsibilities
This position requires a senior leader who can collaborate with US Policy, Fed Affairs, Public Affairs and others on strategy & tactics to support continued external policy stakeholder engagement (incl. with CMS and third-parties). The ideal candidate will manage campaign-like cross-functional execution of 'big issue' priorities, in partnerships with other leaders in J&J Core Policy Functions (e.g. HPA, US Policy, Fed Affairs, State Affairs, and Public Affairs). Additionally, this role will lead issue & Stakeholder mapping & strategic planning across Core Policy Functions (via the PACE cross-functional forum) to ensure alignment and pull-through.
