We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to support the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Strategy & Innovation organization and lead the strategy, development, and execution of cutting-edge digital products to advance our supply chain management. This role will collaborate closely with business units, technology, and data science to develop strategies that bridge business needs with technology solutions to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and reinforce long term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the digital product strategy for an end-to-end supply chain portfolio including foundational data capabilities, product flow intelligence, value stream mapping, and integrated virtual assistance.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to execution, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain operations, IT, data science, and stakeholders across our business units.
- Lead and partner with a multi-faceted digital team of Digital Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Experience Designers, Testers, and Technical Architects to deliver on evolving product roadmap.
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure digital product performance and value realization to enable cost savings, inventory reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive adoption and change management strategies and ensure seamless implementation and engagement of digital tools across supply chain teams.
- Identify and analyze emerging trends and innovations that can be leveraged for supply chain digital transformation.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the digital solutions within the portfolio to ensure long term sustainability and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain digital assets.
- Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within our digital teams.
Experience and Skills
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related area of study preferred
Required:
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in digital strategy, product management, experience design, or equivalent related experience.
- Prior experience and knowledge of supply chain processes, technologies, and various digital strategies.
- Proven experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps.
- Strong experience developing strategies for both custom digital applications and SaaS platforms.
- Strong experience engaging with customers to gain insights and gather requirements for product strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal to drive collaboration across stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with current leading-edge supply chain technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, Control Tower, APIs, Conversational AI, Data Analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Proficiency with various common business tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proactive, organized, and passionate team player.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a leadership role managing high performing teams
- Prior experience working within a Supply Chain organization
- Experience design skills such as wireframing, mockup design, and information architecture
- Understanding of API integrations, information management, digital twins, virtual assistants, and value stream mapping
Other:
- May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$160,000 - $276,000/yr.Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
