- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Surgery business leaders, marketing, education, and commercial teams.
- Developing and executing internal and external communications plans, including employee engagement, executive communications, strategic messaging and narrative development, thought leadership, media relations and social media, and product and thought leadership campaign activations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance organizational priorities, drive strategy alignment, and implement communications campaigns aligned to commercial goals.
- Managing issues that could affect our business or company reputation and partnering with HR and commercial leadership on change management for key internal initiatives.
