The Director is focused on developing and accelerating current and future generations of diverse and inclusive Supply Chain Functional leaders, and enabling coaches, influencers and thought leaders to advance our capabilities and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and articulate the strategic vision for Leadership Development and manage execution against meaningful goals and metrics.
  • Identify, research, and implement best practice learning solutions and technologies to drive consistent organizational learning and performance.
  • Partner with and serve as advisor to leadership teams to identify key competencies and gaps for business-critical roles. Develop plans and key programs to close gaps and build critical capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with regional HR, talent councils and business leaders to ensure; selection of the right talent for the programs, active engagement with participants and supervisors during programs, and focused Talent talks post programs.
  • Lead team Deliver GOLD, STAR, CompassEQLD, and Plant Leader Development Program with action learning projects addressing business issues/challenges.
  • Establish a scaffolding in SCE for Coaches, Influencers and Thought Leaders.
  • Develop and deliver ROI on learning solutions against business metrics and the customer experience.
  • Inspire and assist others to reach their full potential including team members and successors.
  • Drive innovative, bite-size, and measurable learning solutions with a focus on continuous and multigenerational upskilling/ reskilling.
