Responsibilities
- Drive global NPI launches and life cycle management of Focus and Legacy products
- Orchestrate forecasting efforts and own all income and cash flow targets, inclusive of inventory, for the global Spine businesses
- Build pricing frameworks and design downstream strategy
- Lead integration with VELYS/ET omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Work closely with regional marketing teams, internal and external business partners, and VELYS Spine Marketing to develop current and future brand/omnichannel strategies
- Spend time with customers, domestic and global, to develop relationships, understand needs, and translate into insights that drive Upstream strategies
- Develop and promote an inclusive culture and environment, which direct reports, business partners, and customers feel safe, recognized, and understood.
