Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the PAM vision, strategy, and roadmap and lead the squad engineers implementing solutions that improve enterprise security posture.
- Lead and coordinate squad engineers to build and maintain PAM capabilities, translating user stories from backlog into working solutions using modern design patterns and architectural principles.
- Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end user experience, system quality, and time-to-market.
- Address technical debt, including any security debt carried by PAM systems.
