The Director, Trials and Research Excellence will be responsible for:
- Tracking and managing all aspects of the WWIEGP budget in conjunction with Finance.
- Proactively identifying and managing issues that impact budget, timelines, or quality delivery of evidence generation projects.
- Delivering corrective plans/approval for budget adjustment.
- Executing metrics to track and communicate medical and business impact of WW IEGP.
Enabling Capabilities
This role will also be responsible for:
- Partnering with GMAF IT and GMAF Strategic Operations to ensure successful implementation of relevant training to J&J Medical Affairs Worldwide.
- Optimizing WW IEGP prioritization criteria and assessment process.
- Co-creating and implementing end-to-end MAF Research Governance and processes.
