Job Title: Manager, AI & Advanced Analytics for Patient Support Services
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our AI transformation roadmap for patient support services across key Therapeutic Areas.
This role will be based in Titusville, NJ with consideration to be based in Horsham, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop hands-on algorithms and analytics for patient solutions and experience
- Design, develop, and deploy data and analytics solutions to inform decision-making
- Manage complex projects while working collaboratively with teams across the organization
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting, or related field
- A bachelor's degree is required; Masters in Business, Business Analytics, Statistics highly preferred
Salary Information:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500 USD.
