As part of the SCG Customer Marketing team, the Product Director, Digital Health Solutions will report directly into the Group Product Director, Digital Health Solutions and work with our Global Digital Health, US Franchise Units, and Strategic Customer Group. This individual will lead the strategy for digital health partnerships and innovation aligned to J&J Innovative Medicine’s business priorities across the portfolio. As the product manager for J&J’s digital health solutions with key accounts, this role will interface with health systems, payers, technology providers, and business stakeholders in establishing industry-leading digital health solutions that optimize patient care in support of J&J’s therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Serve as the product manager for digital health solutions tied to the commercial priorities of J&J Innovative Medicine’s therapeutic areas, evolving digital health capabilities in current and future strategic focus areas.
• Technical Expertise: Act as subject matter expert on the digital health landscape, identifying emerging digital trends and evaluating external companies for commercial partnership, including assessment of strategic, operational and cultural fit with J&J.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead a team of cross-functional partners fostering a collaborative environment and acting as liaison between technical experts, external partners, and business stakeholders to demonstrate how digital health solutions can shape and advance J&J’s business priorities with key accounts.
• Customer Engagement: Champion a customer centric approach, working closely with field teams to understand key account challenges and incorporate industry-wide best practices in delivering digital health solutions through a commercial test and learn approach.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Partner with data management and analytics teams to track success metrics that incorporate customer insights and feedback, measuring the impact and effectiveness of digital health interventions being executed with J&J’s key accounts.
• Legal & Compliant Engagements: Become a trusted partner with business stakeholders, legal, and healthcare compliance to ensure all external engagements and collaborations are performed in a legal and compliant manner.
  
  

Qualifications:

Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. MBA, MS, PhD or advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  
  

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or technology sector
• Experience leading digital health initiatives in a commercial setting
• Strong understanding of digital health technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans and roadmaps with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to influence in a large and matrixed organization
• Proven experience in prioritizing and managing a complicated portfolio of projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic relationships
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track, analyze, and report on digital health solution’s performance and impact
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in customer engagement, business development, or strategic alliances within the digital health or healthcare industry
• Experience leading design and development of digital health solutions
• A broad set of relationships across technology companies
• A strategic understanding of how technology can improve health
• Experience working with health systems on digital transformation
• Experience working in multiple therapeutic areas

• Up to 30% of travel may be required
  
  

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
