About the Role
This position is a critical part of the Johnson & Johnson PH U.S. Therapy Access & Lifecycle Marketing team. The Product Manager, Therapy Access Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of Therapy Access tactics in support of a field-based Therapy Access team. This role will report to the Product Director, Therapy Access & Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial execution for a field-based Therapy Access Team through the development and delivery of differentiated market access/fulfillment assets.
- Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to the development of the executional focus for the field-based Therapy Access team inclusive of brand access pull-through/fulfillment strategies.
- Partner with the Learning & Development lead in the creation of training materials for field-based Therapy Access Team.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
- 6 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience required; minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing or related experience.
