Recovery Solutions Leader
We are seeking an experienced Recovery Solutions Leader to join our dynamic cloud team at Johnson & Johnson.
This role offers the opportunity to travel up to 10% of the time and collaborate with multiple partners to develop modern recovery solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the global process and capability owner for Recoverability Solutions
- Developing, testing, and maintaining cyber resiliency and disaster recovery playbooks
- Driving self-service and automation for backup and recovery capability to support needs of application teams
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 4 years of people management experience
- Deep understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions in AWS, Azure, and on premises running enterprise applications such as SAP
Salary
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750.
