Responsibilities
The Medical Device Program Director will oversee the development and commercialization of Class II and III medical devices. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive program strategy and execution
- Develop and implement effective governance and standards across subsystems
- Collaborate with Program Leadership members to champion team effectiveness and drive a culture of empowerment
- Provide career development, performance management, and coaching employees to assist in talent development
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, and previous regulated industry experience. They will also have demonstrated success in leading R&D teams and partnering and influencing across a matrix environment.
