Job Overview

Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for an IT Senior Manager SAP EWM/WMS located in Raritan, NJ or Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison cross-functionally to help identify and build Functional Engineering products that comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.
• Acts as a domain expert on Functional Engineering technology management capability and scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension, and enablement through to final deliverables.
• Leads projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the software development lifecycle utilizing Agile methodologies and tools.
• In depth knowledge of Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) processes to implement various WMS modules like Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Pick, Pack and Ship etc.

Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years SAP Supply chain experience, specifically with WMS, SD and OTC is required.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices is required.
• Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM is required.
• Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
• Performance-based compensation programs.
• An annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and corporation's performance.
• Eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

• Long-term incentive program.
• Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.
