The Senior Manager, Orthopaedic Strategic Solutions will report to the Director, Account Strategy & Innovation. In this role you will help lead and deliver new commercial offerings in the NA region that will deliver unique value to orthopaedic customers of J&J MedTech. As part of the role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams, including Product Marketing, Field Sales Organization (FSO), Finance, Legal, Health Care Compliance, Supply Chain, and more. The role will include working closely with external vendors and customers to deliver new innovative solutions, leveraging relevant data driven approaches to build business cases for new commercial offerings, project managing the development and launch of new offerings, tracking and reporting project and commercial performance, and building the solution road map for the future.
Responsibilities
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Responsibilities
- Support achievement of US business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory, and price on an annual basis
- Utilize strategic & tactical thinking to develop strong vision and strategy to drive business outcomes
- Mange relationships with external vendors and collaborate closely with cross functional partners
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of a project using project management tools and methodology to deliver key milestones on time
- Regularly update stakeholders and senior management on project progress, addressing concerns, and facilitating clear communication
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their impact.
- Manage complex project details and prioritize tasks, including assigning tasks to team members and ensuring their successful delivery
- Utilize key insights and analytics from internal and external data sources to drive strategy, make project recommendations, and track performance
- Develop a deep understanding of inventory, capital and contracting solutions and leverage these programs in developing and launching new initiatives
- Influence without authority and work reciprocally with other functional areas to ensure business needs are addressed
- Execute commercial launch strategies to help grow the orthopaedic business of J&J MedTech, including delivering short-term wins while setting up the organization to achieve long-term growth opportunities
- Meet with customers to help sell the value of the new commercial offerings
- Partner with orthopaedic cross functional business units to drive greater customer adoption of the J&J MedTech portfolio
- A Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of ten years professional experience
- A minimum of five years' experience in MedTech focusing on orthopaedics
- Proficiency in the suite of MS Office programs
- Ability to balance multiple projects with various degrees of complexity and ambiguity; sophisticated Excel skills
- Project management skills
- Experience to work and collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, compliance, legal, finance, medical and clinical affairs and regulatory organizations
- An MBA
- Sales experience
- Strategic, financial, and analytic capabilities
- Demonstrated financial/accounting treatment expertise
- Insight generation or business intelligence translated into strategy
- This role is field based within the continental USA
- This position will require up to 25% domestic travel, including occasional weekends
