Senior Manager, Supply Chain Inventory
This position will be located onsite/hybrid in Titusville, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate following financial cycles by supporting projections and actuals discussions and actions.
- Portfolio Management of Inventory optimization initiatives, generating pipeline of projects that will support MPC horizon plans.
- Support Inventory Health checks and reviews and mature the process overtime.
- Shape and design Inventory & SLOB strategies in collaboration with teams and integrate views into IBP in a standard way to support robust discussions with those audiences.
- Propose and Lead solutions to optimize working capital while maintaining product availability and minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to meet cash-flow targets through efficient inventory management.
- Propose and Lead cost savings initiatives in the supply chain by optimizing inventory turnover, reducing obsolescence and improving inventory accuracy.
- Analyze data and use key performance indicators to track inventory performance, stock levels (DOS), turnover rate and other critical metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree required; focused degree preferred in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- APICS and/or LEAN certifications are helpful.
- Experience and Skills:
- Required: Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Supply Chain experience (such as logistics, planning, finance, etc.)
- People leadership experience (direct or indirect reports)
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior partners
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on critical thinking and execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, and in a global and virtual network, composed of different cultures
- Strong written and oral communications skills are critical for success in this role
- Results and performance driven, and a customer-centric mentality
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives and work in an environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist
- Preferred: Experience in Cash Flow Management and/or Inventory Management
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Knowledge of SAP and/or OMP
- Knowledge of global supply chain trends, risks, and standard methodologies
Benefits:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
- Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
