The SigniFi Program aims to establish a world-class J&J Global Finance solution. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000- $166,750. Key activities include:
- Accountable for the testing scope definition and testing approach
- Set testing process and guidelines and define format, structure and flow of test materials and process for defining and documenting test scenarios and test cases and defects
- Define governance, Test Team structure and interactions between teams
- Mobilize teams and motivate and hold teams & key partners accountable to deliver
- Accountable for the development and implementation of T\esting status reports and portfolio dashboards and visual metrics, deliver daily status reporting
- Accountable for defects triage and resolution
- Monitor testing progress till sign off and validation in compliance with J&J SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Collaborate on test automation strategy and identify continuous improvements to accelerate and speed up testing and deployments
- Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.
