Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our global inventory optimization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating strategies to ensure efficient supply chain operations, reducing stockouts and excess inventory, while supporting business growth and service levels.
The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored brand strategies, operate as an Intelligence Hub, and provide solutions that can be validated across sites and brands. This role is critical in aligning inventory strategy with business objectives, ensuring optimal stock levels, driving efficiencies in inventory management, and meeting cash flow targets.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial cycles by supporting projections and actuals discussions and actions
- Develop and implement inventory optimization initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce SLOBs
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to meet cash-flow targets through efficient inventory management
- Lead cost savings initiatives in the supply chain by optimizing inventory turnover, reducing obsolescence, and improving inventory accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- Supply Chain experience (such as logistics, planning, finance, etc.)
- People leadership experience (direct or indirect reports)
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior partners
